Before any Clients engage us, we make sure the finances are right before proceeding with the Sale or Purchase.
There are some circumstances whereby a Seller can Sell but cannot buy the Next property leaving them with no roof over their Heads. We make sure the finances and time lines are perfectly planned and prepared before proceeding with our marketing.
CPF + Accrued Interests, CPF Grants, Stamp Duties etc are some of the crucial part when doing the financial calculations which some DIY buyers overlook.

Victoria and her Husband was about to put an option for a HDB house in june 2019, but right before they booked the unit the called us to check on the finances and realised they overlooked the Stamp duty and legal fees that costs up to $13k. If they Proceeded with it, they would end up paying in cash. In another next week or so, Victoria and her Husband with our help managed to get a similar unit for far lesser price and no cash involved.
